Questions parents ask

  • What can I upload?

    A PDF, JPG, PNG, WebP, or HEIC file up to 5 MB, or text you paste. A PDF can have up to 4 pages.

  • Does ClearClass build a timetable for my school?

    No. It doesn't plan timetables. It reads the one your school already sent you and turns it into a clear schedule you can check and correct.

  • Can I print it or send it to the class group?

    Yes. Choose a style, then print it, download it as an image, or send a view-only link, for example on WhatsApp.

  • Is it free? Do I need an account?

    It's free, and there's no account to create. Your schedule is tied to the browser you made it in.

  • How long do you keep what I upload?

    The file you upload is deleted within 24 hours. The schedule we make from it is kept for 7 days, and a share link works for 72 hours after you last share it. You can delete your schedule sooner at any time.
