We want everyone to be able to create and read a schedule with ClearClass. ClearClass is operated by Effective Product Management, Petah Tikva, Israel.
The standard we follow
ClearClass is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. This covers what Israeli Standard 5568 requires at level AA, which is based on WCAG 2.0.
How we checked it
On 9 October 2026 we checked every page of ClearClass, in Hebrew and in English, on a computer screen and on a phone screen: the homepage, every step of making a schedule, the dialogs, a shared schedule, the printed schedule, the legal pages, the feedback form, and the error pages.
- Automated and scripted tests checked the criteria that tools can decide, such as contrast, keyboard use, visible focus, zoom to 200% and 400%, text spacing, reduced motion, and the language and direction of the text.
- A person reviewed every criterion that tools cannot decide, such as whether text alternatives and headings make sense.
The check found no failure of level AA. The same tests run again before every new version of ClearClass is released.
What ClearClass does for accessibility
- Every control can be reached and used with a keyboard, and the focused control is clearly marked.
- Buttons and links are large enough to tap.
- Text and controls have enough contrast, and pages stay usable when zoomed.
- Movement is reduced for people who ask their device for less motion.
- Pages work in Hebrew, from right to left, and in English, from left to right.
- Screen readers read the schedule as a table, with each lesson's day and period.
Known limitations
- The schedule image you can download is a picture, which a screen reader cannot read. The same schedule is available as text in your schedule's workspace and through its share link.
- The feedback form, which is how you reach us, asks you to complete a human check before you send it. If you cannot complete the check, there is no other way to reach us yet.
- We have not yet tested ClearClass with every screen reader and assistive technology. We plan to.
Report a problem or ask for an accessible alternative
To report an accessibility problem, or to ask for your schedule in a form you can use, use the Feedback button on the ClearClass homepage, in your schedule's workspace, or on this page. Add an email address if you want a reply. We answer within 30 days.
